After starting and apprenticeship with Rick Walters at the world famous Bert Grimms Tattoo in Long Beach, California and working with some of the industry's well known family's Bob Shaw (Bert Grimms), Col. Todd (Custom Tattoo, 29 Palms), Catfish Carl (Realistic Tattoo), Kinsey Bolson (Big City Tattoo) and Neil Kotter (Beachin Tattoo) my wife Jade Winn and I decided to open a fully custom tattoo shop called La Jolla Tattoo in San Diego, California. After learning everything i could about the industry i feel fortunate to be able to have a thriving career and shop that we can be proud of. I specialize in all styles of tattooing, traditional, Japanese, tribal, fine line, black n gray and color mediums. Some of my influences are my good friend Aaron Bell who always amazes me, all the Horityoshi Family, Mike Rubendall, Sailor Jerry (Thank God For Him) and all who push there limits everyday to get better and better.
